Jessalyn Falcon, Customer Service Representative

Born in Waco, Texas, Jessalyn’s family now resides in Port Lavaca. She graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 2007 and now plays a vital role at AHPI as a Customer Service Representative, greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.

Outside of work, Jessalyn enjoys Pilates, visiting the nail salon, and studying to become a Dental Hygienist. She is a proud pet parent to three dogs: Mila Moon, a two-year-old Schnauzer; Brownie, a 12-year-old Mini Poodle; and Boots, also a 12-year-old Mini Poodle. She has a playful side too—she loves wearing fun, colorful socks to work!
